|When will I get my goodies?||
Our standard shipping time are between 3 - 7 days, we do our best to keep as much as possible in stock, but sometimes we do run out. If we have the goods in stock we will ship them out as soon as we can.

|Can I get a refund or replacement goods?||
We offer a full refund or replacement on damage or defective goods. If there for any reason you would like to cancel your order, we will process a refund and hold back a 30% fee on the value of the canceled items.
|Why do you need my email and contact information?||
We need this information to make sure our courier partners know where they are delivering to and how to get in contact with you. The more accurate our information the faster we can get your goodies to you.
|How do your promotions and discounts work?||
we offer 3 types of discounts, firstly we offer a promo code, this code is normally offer to first time users and from our social media pages, to use this type of code just copy and paste the code into the space provided on our checkout page.
The second type of dicount would be an automatic discount, this code is applied automaticatly when applicable, this type of discount is used in buy 1 get 1 free promotions, it is important to remember to add all products to your cart to take advantage of this type of discount.

|How do I track my orders progress?||
Once your order has been paid for, Payfast will approve the order and confirm the payment has been made. Our team will recive this confirmation and send your order onto our warehouse team. Once there they will either pick & pack your order getting it ready for dispatch or order your goodies from our suppliers. Once your order has been collected by The Courier Guy, we will send tracking information directly to you, so you can follow your goodies right to your door step.
